Regarding hitchhiking. There’s a couple that said they picked him up. I don’t think they’d lie about that.
The most suspicious part of that is they immediately went and made tictoc videos about it. I mean, why do that?

would a criminal defense attorney ever advise their client to stay out of sight/off the grid up in a hotel etc. until an autopsy is released?
Yes, especially in a huge, national case like this. The last thing you want is your client out and interacting with the public.

Right. I have it on good authority that you, in fact, are a dog, and he is a cat. We all know the history of those two.

Condolences...
I am so sorry that Gabby has lost her life.
I know she would love to be alive right now, enjoying her Van Life lifestyle.

Apparently Yellowstone and Yosemite often get mixed up all the time
There are threads on Reddit of people describing this very thing.
Given Americans poor grasp of our own geography and rampant ADHD it’s plausible and then some.

I mean all of the evidence has led up to this. This call now negates the video of her being abusive. He was abusive too.
95% chance he killed her now

so its legal to issue a statement like this if you told your client to go hide?
quote:
"Brian was last seen by his family Tuesday morning," attorney Steven Bertolino said in a statement to CBS News. "Be advised that the whereabouts of Brian Laundrie are currently unknown. FBI is currently at the Laundrie residence removing property to assist in locating Brian. As of now the FBI is now looking for both Gabby and Brian."

We have no evidence she was confused though.

The autopsy will answer another question that may not have been asked here?
Did she die a natural death due to a faulty heart valve or chamber?
If she were older, that would have been asked early on.
In the high mountains, many many hunters from lower altitudes come west to bag game they've never shot before. A lot of them die of heart attacks on their first higher altitude hunting expeditions.
Tomorrow will tell.
