According to the article linked on the last page, they apparently believe a crime was committed at the residence.

FBI agents stormed the North Port, Florida home of the family of 'person of interest' Brian Laundrie on Monday and hauled away his parents while declaring the area a crime scene moments after authorities called off a search of a nearby nature reserve, saying they have 'exhausted all avenues.'
Could be that they're treating it as a crime scene because of the potential for evidence to have been destroyed or hidden at the scene. Technically, the "crime" that potentially occurred at the crime scene would have been obstruction of justice,

His Father and stepmother may be the ones living at that house. His Mother and Stepfather live somewhere?
And her divorced parents are also both remarried.
Let this be a cautionary tail for some of you.

Thanks for those updates. I thought this being so long a thread, there might be some validity to the crazier scenarios. Sad situation, but does not seem to warrant the coverage.

If, and that's a big if, BL is still alive and he is found/arrested/charged for Gabby's murder, who handles the prosecution?
Is it the Teton County, Wyoming DA, or does it go into a Federal court since it happened on Federal lands (National Forest)?
If he killed her on Federal Land, i.e. a national park, then the Feds would handle it.

Has anyone heard from Rebel Cat since the FBI raided the place? Hmmmmm

What? Don't get divorced, or your kid may end up becoming the perpetrator or victim of a murder that may or may not have happened?

You are making a whole lot of assumptions there.
That's what this entire thread is about. As usual, the most likely outcome is the one that can be predicted by the "suspects" behavior.

You also have to consider the possibility that he was trading her body for drugs and cash, and someone played keepsies.
So he's complicit in trafficking, kidnapping, and a murder...
Thanks for clearing it up, moron

Everything helps. All possibilities need to be mulled over and sorted through. The FBI guys are busy doing field work so they rely upon boards like this to bring up scenarios they may not have thought of.

Are we sure this isn’t just a covid related death?

It is crazy how much people let their imaginations run away with them with these stories.

I heard the Jury will be selected from the cadaver dog portion of this thread.

Good point. I suppose they would have to have proof that the parents knew he killed her and then bought him a plane ticket.
If they filed a false police report knowing he wasn't missing they could be in for some shite.

At this point I really don’t see a scenario where BL is alive. Even if he didn’t actually kill her he knew he’d be Public Enemy #1 regardless

The desire to be right, thinking of some far fetched tale is greater than the desire to accept the most obvious scenario. which is usually the correct answer.

I imagine that won't be a violent crime and will be more of the "obstruction of justice" variety
