I forgot about that. It's a shame that they didn't try to search that van.

that same reporter i referenced earlier said he has asked several neighbors, and they have not found anyone on the street who has actually seen him.
Right?!? No one, besides to parents who may or may not be telling the truth have seen him. He could have dropped that van off, told his parents to lawyer up and hit the road immediately for all we know. They said his car left Tuesday and they picked it up Friday? But it was at the house Wednesday? Good grief…
Last thing. He handed the tik tok girl $200 for a ride without issue but he had to fly home (that cost money) mid trip to empty a storage unit (to save money?) then fly back to Utah? It just doesn’t pass the sniff test

I think it is safer to operate under the assumption that they haven't been truthful.

Or more likely his parents are lying about him going hiking and it's a red herring to buy him time to get the frick out of dodge.
Or more likely the parents had no real cause for concern when he decided to hike and clear his head amidst the circumstances, could’ve even been a normal thing for him.
This may be the first time in the history of ever a family in this type of predicament wisely shuts the f up. It doesn’t make them murderers or accessories.

In the body cam video on the 12th, when they ask him his phone number, he has to look at his phone to answer. So yeah, it was definitely a new number. At first my thought was maybe it was her phone, as he had said he didn’t have a phone. But the video shows her with her phone in the back of the cop car and he had his in the van, then in his pocket. So he did have a phone of some type, but didn’t know his own phone number.

Why would they search the van?
What would you expect them to find?
She was standing right there.

Obviously agree, but it would be the shocker of the century if the parents chose the route of helping him kill himself.
I’m with ya but this whole thing has been a twisted mess

some people have speculated that the $200 was to make sure that the people who picked him up remembered him, and that he believed that would establish the fact that he was several miles away from where GP was at the time. he claimed they had been apart for several days at the time.

Not completely unbelievable. I had a work cell for over 2 years and never memorized the number.

One of the guys staking out the parents house talked to the local cops that were clearing everybody out of the street and the cop said they were doing it at the request of the FBI.
Maybe close to executing a search warrant. Maybe not.

Nancy Grace is one of the most bizarre individuals I can think of. Watching her show now and it's sincerely like she's into postmortem masturbation.

How would that be likely when his parents had known since, at least, Sept 11th that Gabby's parents were trying to find her?
No matter what he was telling them from Sept 1 to Sept 11, they knew the deal on Tuesday when they let him leave.
Zero sympathy for these frickers over whatever happens to the piece of shite that they raised.

Uh, because he was going 45 in a 15 and weaving when she hit him or the steering wheel? They could have claimed to smell weed coming from the car, if they wanted in there badly enough. Cops do it every day.
