I used my personal cell as my primary phone. If someone asked for my number I was rarely giving out my work one.

I'm waiting til the autopsy report comes back before calling Brain a pos murderer.

While his actions would seem to be indicative of someone fleeing a crime they are guilty of, a person who would have a difficult time proving their innocence due to a lack of a provable alibi would act similarly.

You've never been pulled over and had a cop claim that he smelled weed and ask if he could search your vehicle? I have but I also smoke weed.

Yeah and that makes sense. I was more speaking to the absurdity that they needed to empty the storage unit to save money. It doesn’t line up. I don’t have a clue why it needed to be done but it had to done. It cost more to put gabby in a hotel and fly to Florida and back to salt lake than it would have cost to pay for another month of storage.

Not saying he’s guilty or innocent ,,

But if he’s truly responsible , hopefully he killed himself and saved her family the added grief and the future trial. Aside from her dad and all other relatives who may have wanted to take his life themselves, but they don’t need that , they’ve been through enough already …

Why? You honestly don't think that the cops could have probable cause to search a vehicle that is going 30 mph over the speed limit and weaving? Forget the weed. That's enough probably cause for a field sobriety test and potential search of the vehicle for alcohol.

Uh, because he was going 45 in a 15 and weaving when she hit him or the steering wheel? They could have claimed to smell weed coming from the car, if they wanted in there badly enough. Cops do it every day.

Again, why would they have any reason to search the vehicle?

What would you expect them to find?

She wasn't missing. She was standing right there talking to them.

Do you not think the weapon she used to murder the lesbian couple was in the van?

An open container. I can't be the only person that has seen a cop ask to search a vehicle over something as trivial as having a tail light out and then the cop claiming that they smell something or have some other reason to ask for permission to look in the vehicle.

oh, i agree...i don't think it's even been confirmed that he actually flew home on those dates...or if he did, whether that was the real reason.
