Nothing would likely happen as far as charges go until an autopsy is performed. That's especially true if there are no obvious signs of foul play.
That's speaking only to charges relating to Brian. You're stretching for any sort of charges against his parents.

How do you know that? All anyone of authority who is privy to any real information has said is that they have lawyered up and not spoken with police. Still, to this point, Brian hasn't even been labeled a suspect. He's still considered a person of interest.

Are you responsible for turning someone in if they confessed a murder to you? And how would you prove he confessed? That they got their son to lawyer up? Lawyering up is not a crime.

I can't think of many good reasons why he would drive home alone to Florida and not tell Gabby's parents...and then lawyer up and not assist police.

Just playing devils advocate, but the reports they found a body are already out to the public. It could be that they are having a press conference to announce it isn't her since everyone already knows the found a body.
But you're right, that seems unlikely.

It is a terrible spot to attempt to dig a hole of any size, particularly one large enough to bury an adult human. It appears to be a rocky creek bank. There is guaranteed to be flowing water nearby at some point. The video was also in broad daylight.
