I think he has you confused with me. I'm of the impression that Ward has the same mentality as I do when trying to party in NO. Don't get shot in the head by some thug and don't get AIDS. I'm pretty evasive so I can run away. Judging by Ward's size he was a little slower and resorted to using kicks.

You're assuming the 60 year old man was the attacker, which nothing seems to suggest. In fact what we know suggests the opposite.

WOuld be pretty sweet if the defense brought in a person, gave them shots until they could barely stand (as agreed upon by the people in the courtroom) and then have said person try and kick things

I think the officer used a poor choice of words. I think Ward kicked him, but when I have been drunk to the point of having difficulty standing, I couldnt kill a kitten with my kicks
