Where has it been reported that there is a video? I've missed that.
There may be security video but it hasn't been made public.
Also, someone mentioned earlier about watching a video of a fight but it was in reference to an incident that had nothing to do with this one. Totally different case and video.

At Angola, oh hell yeah. There is a separate work protocol for hard labor sentences. They do the hardest work, rarely get days off and if there is no work in the fields they do indoor work.
I thought work was sought after in prison because it makes a little money and passes the time, and one of the worst punishments for a prisoner is to take his job away.

I want to think he’s trolling, but it’s too ignorant to be faked.
Scary stuff.
Scary stuff.

The warden or one of his buddies makes more money on inmate labor than the inmate. It is a racket. They make like 22 cents per hour. It sounds reasonable when you think of it from a punishment standpoint, but those guys reenter society with nothing and it ensures recidivism, thus more cheap labor for the racket.

How old are you? Did you graduate college? Do you have kids?
You may have just become the star of this thread.

I'm just saying this case is not a blip on any damn msm radar. It's only this big bc it's BR and TD. There are so many damn scenarios we can create of what happened but we have zero clue. the posters in this thread clearly are saying this boy is guilty. I don't believe this.
I have been in several situations where crazy idiots come at me off the streets who are not right and have literally scared the shite out of me that I didn't know if they were going to assault me. If they did, I would have won easily based off there capacity and state. If I had to defend myself, one I would be pissed for him putting me in the situation because I'm not looking for trouble and who knows what anger level you are at when it happens to u especially if ur drunk. Two kicks to the head could have happened in less than two seconds before you aware that you defended urself and stop and calm down. It's happened in Nola most of the time after midnight and in BR at shell by TJ ribs plus Denver.
If some bum sparked it, and I defended myself and he ended up dying, you damn right I'm hoping this doesn't blow up in the media with hopes of possible settling somehow with the bums family members. Funny how all of sudden they care about the person. It's clearly a money grab by them. I guess In the end he left them an inheritance after all.
Classic

Real estate?
Do you cut grass?
No way you can comprehend real estate laws and not know the difference between civil and criminal court.

Yeah I’ll take the guy still being alive and the second degree battery
Yeah of course, I was just talking about the specifics of the case. If he's guilty of the second degree battery, he's guilty of second degree murder too. The only difference is the most important witness is dead. (with respect to his actual case/defense)

Nevermind what I think. I understand there is law. I also understand how things can actually work depending on many variables. I'm out
Posted on 1/23/18 at 10:05 pm to LSUvegasbombed
I don’t know what happened, man. I know there was a confrontation and one man is dead. That’s about it.
But I’m more curious about your opinions and theories. College? Kids? Age?
