It's hard to try to argue that he isn't this type of person because he's currently wanted to murder, but he really isn't. It was also a 60 year old at 1AM so who the frick knows what actually happened

I wonder if they took blood samples when he was arrested. Curious what his BAC was and how that affects his case.
Hopefully he was attacked and it was self-defense, but it doesn't look good that he was arrested initially if that were the case.

Lots of people here grew up with him and his older brother and are vouching that he is not. I barely knew his older brother and have met Garret once, so I can't speak to it, but my friends on here knew both very well and say he's a good guy. I trust them.
