Ill be interested to see what the potential facts are if and when they come out.. Im sure he will have a plausible defense and hope that cameras or reliable eye witnesses saw the entire encounter so he can either be put away or cut loose.

Specifically said he died from bleeding in the brain due to blunt force trauma.

We probably know since he was in the hospital the whole time and couldn't even be interviewed by police because his injuries were so severe. Coroner ruled the death was a homicide. Died from blunt force trauma.

I’ve known him and his family for 15+ years. He’s a good guy and I am shocked by this. Hoping the facts show he wasn’t the aggressor and that he was unlucky with the guy having a bad fall during the fight or something and not him beating him senseless.

The guy appears to be a college graduate working professional who doesnt have the apparent background or known (at this time) history of this level of violence.. Thats interesting regardless of race as many people around this forum match this demographic.

Anyone notice that he was not charged during the initial arrest for resisting an officer, and therefore wasn’t tazed, beat, or shot and killed? Let that be a lesson.
