It has absolutely happened. If I told you a college kid hit someone once at Reggies in a fight, you wouldnt think it is a big deal.......However, that once punch can and has led to death before.
Now, I have no clue what actually happened here.
But a "simple harmless fight" that the OT talks about so often with pride, can lead to death
