I reached out to the DOJ’s Civil Rights department.
I asked them if they had any plans to launch a hate crimes investigation into the horrific murder of 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis.
The DOJ just replied to me.
“Thanks for reaching out to the Justice Department. We are declining comment.”
If only the racial roles were reversed—I’m sure they would have provided comment.
