This kid deserves the get fricked for a long, long time, but I completely agree with you. For a city that would rather focus on bullshite statue battles rather than eradicating the thugs from their city, it's hard to take them seriously when they try to throw the book at this kid but let the city continue to spiral into a crime-ridden shithole.

This dude knowingly, willingly, wantingly got in his vehicle in a drunken state and plowed into a crowd. No coercion, its not "accidental", he wasn't under duress and hes not retarded.
