Doesn’t matter if it’s called Mexico, Azteca, or taco land. There is little to no redeeming qualities about that land and its contributions to the gulf. They do dump raw sewage into it. My point remains, this body of water should not be named after the narco terror state that is Mexico.

i was young when McCain ran for President, I didn’t vote for him. Doubt I would’ve regardless. Didn’t vote for Romney 4 years later either.

The fact you think the body of water was named after the country of Mexico confirms that the people that had a problem with it are ill-informed sheep.
Mexico was founded in 1821. The Gulf of Mexico was what it was called going back to the 1500s

Who it is named after when it was originally named does not matter. The fact is that Mexico is an awful country who contributes nothing but raw sewage to the gulf.

I was pointing out its new name. A lot of people got offended by that. Not sure why.
