You sure? What if it was a 70lb child doing the same thing? Sort of like this video? The dude could have punched the kid in the face. Instead, he just deflected the blows, then after the kid got more aggressive he pushed him to the ground without trying to do some major damage. Should the guy in the OP's video have done the same / similar? I don't know. Makes you think though, because right now, the cops are out to get him.
Sort of like justification for using a gun to defend yourself...at what point is it acceptable to start throwing punches when being attacked by someone (man / woman / child) much smaller? Or does it just not matter?
