I guess if the cops were getting off, I could see the justification for riots, but if they're getting charged with murder, that means the system in place is working.

If a civilian can be charged with murder for shooting someone who is running and considered no longer a threat, why are police above that threshold? Especially when they’re trained to subdue someone without killing them?
