I like Five Guys but it's overpriced for what it is. It's about $20 for a burger, "small" fry and a drink out the door. I'd rather just grill one at home for that price.

75% of church goers are terrible humans, cheapskates, and tippers. 25% of them are amzing people, salt of the earth types.

Gun rights should be mostly nonexistent for anyone under 25.
Mississippi is a great place to live in most respects.
German cars fricking suck.
Paige Spirinac, that LSU gymnast chick, and other 20-something blonde white women are boring as frick. I'd rather tap Angela fricking Lansbury.
Angela Lansbury was a filthy commie.
The peak of country music was 1985-1995, when it wasn't all that "country."

It wouldn't put a dent in the crime rate.

Nobody cares about the crime rate. They care about high-profile shootings perpetrated by white kids with legally purchased carbines. We can end that, now.

To be eligible to vote, you should first have to pass basic 7th grade civics and economics exams.

So focus on like 0.01% of crimes? Makes sense

Ordering your steal well done and then eating it with ketchup is an insult to the cow who died so you could have access to that steak.

Homosexuals aren’t born that way. It’s a choice… and a bad one.
Most of us only lust after the opposite sex, and realize that gay people are born that way.

My father in law is two out of three (he's not a terrible person). He basically lives at the church, is cheap as all hell and tips $5 on a $100 meal and thinks he should be patted on the back for it. He makes double what my wife and I make, has no mortgage or car note. He has no problem giving money to the church though.
I've always told my wife, if your dad won the lottery and was planning to give you a million dollars but you owed him $20, you would end up with $999,980.

We already know that one can avoid poverty
That’s the thing, being born into poverty is the ultimate unlucky step #1. It’s an enormous strike against the person. Can one work theirselves out of poverty, sure. But this romanticized version of meritocracy we have in this country is laughable. It’s just not how things work.

For serious crime, we get too upset when the convicted gets death penalty. Everyone knows anyone can get twenty or thirty years to fight it. For many crimes, that delay is just too long to get to sit on your butt, while victim's family suffers the memory of what you did.
How can we justify when a guy kills four or five people while robbing a convenience store and then get to fight execution for twenty years?
"Mean old Mr. Cocaine made me do it."

You’re absolutely correct. Who you’re born to is a huge factor.
People wanna believe that guys like Bill Gates started from the bottom. Bill Gates’ father was incredibly wealthy. Who he was born to had a huge impact on his success. Did he do the leg work? Sure, but he was able to take advantage of his family ties. Which, I have no problem with.
