Since I’ve moved into my house for 40k, I’ve put in wood floors iand removed the carpet throughout the whole house, redid the kitchen, painted the house, and redid the master bath. Mostly did the all work myself in the evenings and on the weekends. No one will care as much as me and YouTube is a great tool to use to figure out how to do anything. With the kitchen I refinished the cabinets, updated vinyl floors to tile, and put in granite counter tops. Along with replacing all the appliances. I have the master bath left but not bad for 5 years in the house.

Fun fact: the inside and outside of the house pictured are no longer beige. On another note, the master bath is amazing.
