I guess the demise of Spirit makes United Airlines the recipient of its customer list.

If you cause a commotion on the plane, they should shoot you in the face when you're arrested.

Also, everyone including the airline should sue the perp for their lost time.

Agree. Our justice system is broken. The mall shooter should have been identified, prosecuted, sentenced and hung by this weekend.

If you assist in restraining someone in this instance and also happen to beat their arse. How likely are you to get in trouble or sued?
