Yea, but 27 month old son is more dramatic, especially for all the dumb dumbs in this country who can't add.

I've noticed more and ore Asians starting to play the victim card. We are officially screwed as a country. I'm ashamed that even some in my family are doing it as well.

I'm assuming she forgot to scan her son's ticket and the employee at the scanner assumed he was under 2 years old.

This is almost certainly the case. The seat can't be released to another passenger if a ticket has been scanned at boarding.

To a certain extent, you can't blame them. They see the way it works for other minority groups.

frick that, I would have raised hell.

Then the air police would have been called and they end up dragging you off the flight.

United is really trolling hard here lately.

Then you'd still have people on the OT saying to just comply and do what the airline tells you to do, even if it endangers your child.

many moons ago I tried playing the "Acadian American" card on a job app where it asked if I was a member of a minority, didn't work

This happened to me on a flight when the gate agent didn't scan my boarding pass back before the auto scanner you stick the ticket under on your own. I was sitting in my seat, plane was full, and this lady walks up and starts demanding I give up the seat. I just stayed seated and showed her my boarding pass. She kept demanding that I move and I just refused. Flight attendant finally made her leave. Possession trumps everything in this case and I figured they weren't going to drag me off the plane.

Stretch your legs where? In front of you? Sure. So a flight attendant says keep this in front of you not under your seat like every flight I've ever been on has told me? I've never seen a flight attendant allow someone to keep something in front of them but hey I'm guessing you are special so let's bitch about it.

I don't know how often you fly, but you usually can't put something under your own seat. There's a bar. The people behind you put stuff under your seat.. not you. They tell you to put it under the seat in front of you. So yes, that would keep someone from stretching their legs.

that's the space for the person seated behind you, if you put something beneath the seat in front of you(your space,) well, that's how you choose to use your space

Continental Airlines was a good airline that prided itself on customer service. United, not so much.

Looks like they should have adopted the Continental business model and culture instead of United.

Are y'all gate agents and flight attendants total fricking retards?

People like that dumb bitch flight attendant that threatened the couple with arrest and "losing their children" should be fired immediately.
