I go from my AC in my house to my AC in my car with cooled seats to my AC in my office.

Must be a bunch of fatties sweating through dress shirts in here.

No undershirts. Ever.

V neck shirt under dress shirts for work. Otherwise, no undershirt

Also, can anyone recommend a v-neck undershirt that fits somewhere in the middle of under armour type spandex and baggy 5 for $10 Hanes?

I use to in my teens and into my 20s. As I got older, I got lazier and didn't want to do more laundry then I had to. I still wear them for button down dress shirts and some polos, but for the most part, I don't wear them anymore.

I stopped wearing them under everything about 7 years ago and it was a game changer as far as sweating goes. I will get a little moist but nothing like the dripping I would get with undershirts. I only wear them with a suit.

I say with confidence I'm probably in better shape than most when it comes to cardio fitness. I still sweat like a mofo. AC seats in the car stay on constantly outside of January and February. Doesn't matter....walk from the parking garage to the office in August and I'll start sweating.

I absolutely have to wear V-necks.

Have you ever just tried to size down the Hanes? I can't find anything worth getting when they are so cheap.

Yep, at least 5-6 days a week. I do have a fairly large rotation though (about 25 or so dress shirts). With that said, my oxfords see bi-monthly use, and some of them have held up for about 10 years.

Typically, my collar and/or cuffs will fray before I have an issue with the shirt feeling dingy.

I’ve gone all week sans undershirt, even under a suit and tie and I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner.

It feels so much less restricted losing that unnecessary extra layer.

You guys are gross not wearing an undershirt. And for the sweathogs, buy some Hanes X-Temp shirts.

Meh it’s hot, looks dumb, and serves no purpose. I’ll pass.

Kreg, Like you I stopped wearing undershirts awhile ago--even under white oxford button downs. It takes a week or two to get used to it, but then it is great! Just don't use a deodorant with aluminum. That's the key to success if you drop the undershirt. More people should try it.

I only wear long sleeve button up dress shirts and dress slacks for work and I have a large color variety of v necks to wear below my dress shirts. Any other type of shirt I don't wear an under shirt.

Wore one for the first time in weeks. Only b/c I wore a cheaper white shirt and could see through it pretty bad. Hated it. Layering at 80 degrees with humidity is miserable.
