I went last night. They didn't close early there were still a ton of people when I left at 11. I talked to the owner he said he asked the sheriffs dept if he could stay open. He said they told him you can stay open, going past curfew is on the customers. Bartenders also said "we have to pay bills too"

I was sketched out about leaving late but there were still a ton of people on the road. Nobody cares about that shite

Apparently Delgado filed the lawsuit without both owners of Uncle Earls consent. He is having it dismissed ASAP. As sloppy as this guy is, I can't imagine him being my mayor. An attorney that can't file their paperwork correctly and just copies and pastes his lawsuits is just ridiculous. We can do better.

Delgado is lame. Curfew is lame. You are lame. This thread is lame.

I don't live in EBR so I don't know the conditions on the ground. I just read the paper about what happened between Sid and Kip and Sid going to the Governor. I think it was pretty clear I was commenting strictly on the legal issues involved. I was laughing at Teddy Ruxpin because I'm familiar with him from the Poli Board.

I understand you disagree with the curfew and think it was the wrong thing to do, but I think the bar owner who filed this suit is facing a steep uphill battle to actually prevail in any real sense.

And your attorney's job is to tell you the legal aspects of a case; it's not his job to blow sunshine up your arse and tell you what you want to hear.

That's quite a few lames you're throwing around JeepWave. Maybe you should substitute the word for limp. You could even use it in a sentence like this.

"Hi, I'm JeepWave. I'm a 60-year-old turd that cruise is the Alabama coastline in my jacked up jeep but I can't pick up any bunnies because of my limp di#$."

Stay off my thread and go back to cranking it to your late-night porn. ????

So a mayoral candidate who has ownership in several bars jumps at the opportunity to file a lawsuit to lift a curfew that hurts bars?

Color me shocked

Delgado needs to do a better job picking business partners (start with finding ones that pay their bills) before he runs for mayor
