The owners of the house on Highland Road own the three or four tracts of land "behind" their property, across Bayou Fountain on the Burbank side. Just like the article states, they are tiny homes meant to be rentals. So they are inviting random people to stay on their flood-prone property, 500 feet ...

Here's a fun story:
A kid in my kid's class had sniffles/congestion on a Wednesday - no big deal - stayed at school the rest of the week. Symptoms subside, but parents decide the following Monday to test for COVID, and it comes up positive.
School is notified, and school consults with a doctor...
