Frats have been doing this shite since the dawn of time. Im 57 yrs old and went to LSU. This story would've been right at home in the Reveille in the fall of 1985. I had great, life long friends in frats. One thing you can set your watch by is 18-22 yr old Frat kids jumping people when they have numbers. The Greek system is the perfect incubator for this behavior. And honestly, its relatively harmless when compared to other shite going down.

I was there when two sons of a Louisiana Supreme Court Justice beat up an EBR sheriff's deputy. They were SAE's too, IIRC.
SAE just got allowed back on campus not long ago so they are walking a fine line here.

The kid in the white shirt who snuck the guy is a lame. However the kid who got beat up should have known that staying in a frat party and not being in the frat can end poorly.
Just typical college BS that unfortunately will end poorly for the 4 guys involved. They are lucky that the kid they beat up is ok.
