Unbiased report on police brutality

Read or not, I thought it was interesting. Essentially police brutality is not race based.

I could have told you that years ago when my 65 year old white great uncle "fell down some stairs" when he was being booked on a DUI charge. Those stairs sure did look an awful lot like boot prints on his neck.
