Bodies have been sent to Little Rock for autopsy for years. Monroe isn't quite large enough to have such a facility. Although, size notwithstanding, their murder rate is high enough it would be a worthwhile investment.

Defiantly didn’t kill his son in law then commit suicide over money. That’s dumb. Politics, maybe, but that seems like a stretch on why to ruin your daughters marriage and life.
My little ole guess is young man is gay. Dad found out he’s been running around on his little girl and doesn’t want the town to know. Who knows, father may have been involved.
