UFO: Anyone Ever See One?

I once saw something.
It was mid-afternoon and I was driving on an Interstate. I noticed an object hovering just above the horizon almost directly in front of me. It looked like a shiny ball bearing. After several seconds the object took off at about 315 degrees in the same direction I was driving (west) at an extremely high rate of speed and descended. It disappeared before it reached the horizon.
I do not know what I saw and there could be a perfectly logical explanation for this. All I can say is that I saw it. I never felt threatened.

Yes, at first I thought it was on the inside of the dome earth but was complete shocked when I realized it was actually outside the dome.

Have seen a few things I couldn't tell what they were. Probably airplanes, TBH. I have a distant cousin who had a lost time incident. Driving home (short drive) with some friends one night, saw a bright light in a field, and arrived home a few hours later with no recollection of anything.

2 decades ago, outside my house very late, new moon, lot of stars. Big object moved slowly across the sky. I could only tell it was there because it blocked stars. Had to have been a blimp, but why no lights?
