What I'm saying is we are looking at an image captured by a camera, not what the officer actually saw. It is well known that the human eye has more dynamic range and more resolving power than all but the most expensive of cameras. If the relatively low resolution body cam can distinguish those details, what could the human eye resolve? Again if the officer(s) were worried about their safety, why didn't they issue commands that protected their safety or look for cover/concealment? The command was "Roll your window down".
The human eye is great, no question It was a sunny day. Camera is obviously lower than eye. If I am looking at that window, I may see only reflectivity- I am usually FTP #1 but if you can’t see hands you are endangering your life -especially if I got Drew Rosenhaus on the phone I am going to let it play but I would comply- that rolled up window could be covering a barrel coming at them

Blacks wonder why they get "harassed" by cops. Are you a black, Sao?
I have to go back to you, and this.
Can you expand on why you asked?

The officers knew he was a rich football player acting like an entitled arse and they were going to show him. Most departments have a policy that you only cuff people if you are conducting a felony stop or you are taking a suspect to jail. The fact that they didn't write the ticket until the supervisor arrived could be a problem.
I don't believe this is about race. I said the same stuff when Scheffler got arrested. This is about Cops who can't control their emotions.

I’ve made no such comment on race

Arrested for rolling up his window? Should have told them he was a sovereign citizen.
Dark tint where you can’t see what he’s doing in the car?
Officer worried about a dumbass pulling a gun and they probably have no idea who is Tyreek Hill.
Hill was on with Shannon Sharpe not too long ago and he said he drives a minivan to work every day. I guess Hill lied about that.

Is it bothering you?
I'm just saying that when people poke the bear, they shouldn't act surprised when it strikes. This whole act of Tyreek's comes across very pathetic. He knows he acted like an a-hole and was treated in kind.
Acting with hostility is a quick way to escalate a simple traffic stop to an arrest.
I asked because you seem easily triggered like a Tyreek. "Don't tap my window like dat." Mmm hmm... I can see exactly what's going on. You identify with Tyreek. There's nothing wrong with that.

This literally happened back in April when Dexter Reed shot at cops in Chicago after rolling up his tinted windows during a traffic stop.

I’m going to have to have you back this up with some kind of documentation. I just retired last month from one of the largest sheriff’s offices in the state of Florida and that is nowhere close to what our handcuffing/use of control states. I also have a business on the side that conducts promotional testing for other counties and municipalities when they are promoting to the ranks of sergeant and lieutenant. Every one of those agencies has their SOPs and guidelines as a resource for that testing which I have to review. Have done this for dozens of agencies in Florida for 20+ years from St Augustine down to Homestead. Not a single agency’s SOPs are written the way you allege.

So, me calling you milquetoast and having the emotional equivalence of a female poked the bear.

Black Driver Man wasn't hostile.

I almost guarantee the policy narrative and training wink wink is to include the on cam words of "you're being detained for my safety".

Not me. I was referring to, Tyreek, going all typical dindu on the cops. He turned a simple traffic stop into a confrontation, because he didn't want to roll his window down. His typical antics provoked an escalation. He even acknowledged he could have behaved differently, but he can't fight what comes natural.

His refusal to comply and arguing with a lawful order can be considered hostility.

He rolled his window down, twice. Your deliberate delusion of facts isn't going to change that.
Further, you've used Dindu and even asked me if I'm black. Why?

Seems the vast majority of police hostility videos are of someone doing the exact opposite of what the rest of us do when confronted by police. There are so many police officers, and therefore so many bad apples, yet we don't see many videos where people being respectful are beaten by police.

He kept arguing with the cop when asked to roll it down. It's entirely reasonable for the officer to ask for him to keep it down. It's also reasonable to forcibly remove him from the vehicle if he's acting erratic and hostile to the officer.
I already addressed why I asked. (You fit the profile.)

“Almost guarantee “? That’s the best you have? Almost guarantee? In other words, “I have no clue what I’m talking about, but that’s the way I want it to be. So, I’m going to state it as fact.”

See how easy it is to make men in this thread emotional with just words?
You could've just complied and answered my question without getting an attitude.

If he was driving over 100mph in a 40 and then doesn’t comply with officers. They went too easy on his dumbass.

For example, if the beat their pregnant girlfriends or break their kids arms they go to jail. NFL players, different story
I just picked those two random examples. No reason for it
ETA: honestly, you now saying cops are more entitled than nfl players is the wildest thing yet
