He's just a practicing Civil rights attorney who breaks down the stop and the case law and how actual courts view that case law.

Would you like me to link multiple attorneys right now that completely disagree with him?

And he is a civil rights attorney. He is clearly going to lean to the side of the cops being in the wrong. That’s literally his job

Clay Travis is an attorney. I can link his opinion. He went to Vanderbilt Law school as well, which Lonnie said is extremely prestigious earlier…..

The best part of the video is when Tyreek says they stopped him because he is a black man in America and the officers resplendent with “we aren’t white “

Well, his opinion is certainly more valid than yours or mine because of his training and experience.

You're just tweeked because he's saying EVERYTHING that I said yesterday. He pretty much destroys your (and everyone else's) argument about Penn vs Mims.

I pointed out that penn vs mims didn’t give the cops ability to demand anyone they want out of the vehicle

Which he did. And provided the documents requested and required. That isn't the point in question.

The point you STILL not getting is that he got pulled out of his car for rolling the window back up, which isn't illegal (or at least not clearly defined in the law). In our country and under our system of law, where the law is silent on something, that makes it legal. Clipped to the point where breaks is down what everyone else has been saying and you can't seem to comprehend. It's almost like he was reading my posts from yesterday....

Furthermore, after they order Hill out of the car he repeatedly stated he was getting out. But that didn't matter to them and apparently the 7 seconds that elapsed from the time they issued the initial order until they proceed to pull him out of the vehicle was too much time for them.

The officers not only have to follow the law, they have to follow department policy. This is similar to the Scheffler incident. Officers operating legally dealing with a traffic violation escalate the situation where common sense indicates the violator is not a threat in reaction to slow compliance. The officers became emotionally charged and decided to teach a rude citizen a lesson.

In the end these officers will probably end up being sidelined until they complete a de-escalation refresher.

Something I hadn't noticed before.

What is up with the officer's "gang style" tattoos on his hand and I assume arms? Why else is he wearing long sleeves in Miami heat? Is there more to the story there?

Maybe, like Julio, he's in a Good Boy's Gang...

People will act outraged, but Tyreek was being antagonizing and trying to play the victim card. It's a classic dindu move.

I don't blame the cops at all. In fact, I'm sure the motorists feel safer knowing the cops in that area take their job seriously.

I would label you as a very milquetoast man if that's what you truly believe. You will do anything you are told to do, even if unlawfully, to avoid a consequence of standing up for yourself. Agree?

If I had done nothing wrong, sure. Tyreek, was pulled over for speeding and telling the officer how to do his job. He's an entitled a-hole that got what he deserved. You know it, and anyone that's reasonable knows it, but you're an apologist for dindus - I understand. Go find your cuck chair, so you can watch Tyreek rail your girlfriend.

That's your issue. Not only are you milquetoast, you use your fragile feelings to dictate your opinion, words and actions, regardless of fact. You have the emotions of a female.
