Two West Monroe massage parlors busted for promoting prostitution. Edit pg 5

WEST MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Four people were arrested and two massage parlors were closed after West Monroe Police say they were involved in a prostitution ring.
WMPD say their seven-month investigation concluded today when they executed warrants on China Massage and Spa on Blanchard St. and Shangri-LA Spa on North 7th St.
Police have arrested 37-year-old Lijuan Yang, charging her with one count of promoting prostitution, one count of prostitution by massage, and one count of criminal conspiracy.
They also arrested 45-year-old Haiyan Liu, charging her with prostitution by massage and criminal conspiracy. Forty-two-year-old Han Yuan Dong was also arrested and charged with criminal conspiracy for his role.
WMPD believe they've also arrested the ringleader - 45-year-old Haiping Sun. She's been charged with pandering and promoting prostitution.
Police say they expect more arrests to follow in the coming days.
