Got a bit of a dilemma my fellow OTers should be able to help me out with. Two weddings in one night tonight and cities apart so can only reasonably do one. Here are the scenarios.

Wedding 1: fraternity brother, not that close but good enough friend. Bride-to-be is cool and theyve been dating a while. Obviously going to be a lot of fraternity bros there so gonna party hard. High potential for hookups bc of slooty friends of the bride.

Wedding 2: formerly really close friend, currently shaky friendship. Once he started dating this lovely girl, we became less close. She's really quiet, but good for him so I'm proud. Going to be a tamer wedding as they never partied much. Also, my parents will probably be there.

Which wedding do I choose?

You should have made this decision months ago for a proper RSVP.

Why did either of them invite you? Do you give great gifts or something?

That's a tough one. If you value your formerly good friendship and want to possibly be better friends again, then choice 2.

If you want to party, choice 1.

If you aren't sure, give the decision to the hands of fate and flip a coin.

You haven't RSVP'd to either yet? Neither then.
