Did anything she said identify the patients?

If she just posted a "don't do this" warning she should be good. If she gave information that would allow you to identify the patients it's a HIPAA violation.

Yeah there’s a lot of irrational fear/misunderstanding over what actually constitutes a HIPAA violation. She certainly didn’t do anything that would actually be considered a violation from what I’ve read.
