That’s her explanation. Obviously a highly intelligent woman we are dealing with here.

What if she is a suicide terrorist with bombs strapped to herself about to enter a kindergarten? Damn right you take her down.

Women are not these "dainty princesses" any more (and really haven't been for centuries - is is said that Clyde was the nice one between Bonnie and Clyde).

We REALLY need some follow-up from BOTH alleged dads here.

How in the world are 2 men apparently both in strong enough of a relationship with a 5 yr old that neither knows of the other AND both are involved enough to show up to the school for the child?!?

There's paperwork. ID info submissions for checkput procedure.
There's also the matter of seeing "your" child enough everyday or week/whatever visitation you have considering at least 1 of these dads obviously wasn't in an active relationship with the mother.
5 years, with give or take the last 2 years of the kid "talking", combined with birthdays/holidays & NO ONE slipped up before now?

Because I'm certainly NOT buying that both dads showed up to the school on the back of a "former friend's" phone call to go to the school for the kids (unless that friend worked for the school = that would be a wrinkle I could buy in this case...).

Yeah, we need follow-up interviews with the 2 dads.

Evidently, they both did.

I had a client call me about two employees (male) making a request for FMLA leave over the same child.

I created a form that included a statement that "this may be used to establish a child support obligation under Texas law."

When they say it, both withdrew their FMLA request.

So the daughter would be like here’s this strange man I’ve never met picking me up from school…this is completely normal?

Nah, in 2022, that rule has gone bye-bye.

Besides, it was "never hit a lady".

Not too many ladies left in America.
