Does this mean that Chicken is also paying for the buyout?

How many times has LSU fball lost 3 SEC games in a row 2 years in a row?

I'm racking my brain trying to think when it happened, I certainly can't recall it taking place since Saban arrived.

re: Bow down to South Texas’s dominant football program

There’s idiots here advocating for TAMUCC and Texas A&M-Kingsville to merge…just so they can have a football team. Fact is, U of Texas system has done much better with the satellite campuses (UTEP, UTSA, UTRGV). Those places are also much bigger than people know. The A&M system doesn’t seem to encourage massive growth on their non-College Station campuses.
It is wild just how many TAMU & UT campuses exist.
If they actually had half a brain between the 2 systems = they would create an in-state "farm system" for all of their sports.
Imagine putting up a fence around the entire state of Texas by recruiting every single athlete across all sports & parking them within your own. D1 or FCS/D2 development league. With NIL & the transfer portal now = you can take all the smaller, slower, late bloomer pile of kids & install them into you system from the top - down. Then as you need to reload/replace your D1 rosters year after year = you have them at your disposal.
This grows interest & revenue at all of your "farm" schools/programs & keeps growing your UT/TAMU brand. You can do the same with coaching too. Promote alums from your D1 programs on down to fill & build the culture year over year.
Your travel budget slashes down now never having to leave the state to play regular season/conference games:
UTEP, UTSA, UT-Tyler, UT-Arlington, UT-Dallas, UTRGV, UT Permian Basin, even Stephen F Austin is under the umbrella.
TAMU CC, TAMU Galveston, TAMU Kingsville, TAMU Commerce, TAMU Prairie View, TAMU Kerrville, TAMU McAllen, East TAMU, Tarlton State (just beat Army), & West TAMU (though I don't think they are connected right now, but you get the picture). Hell, you could add Blinn CC to the fold.
If you even them all out - that's 18 schools. Imagine the rapid loyalty you could forge...
re: Allow Mayor Jacob Frey to Explain How 'Assault Rifles' Work and Why They Should Be Banne

Over a hundred and fifteen years ago, in 1907...our great grandparents were first able to buy a semi-auto Winchester Model 1907.
This is a gun they could buy from a Sears catalogue and have delivered via US Post. It was/ is a semi-automatic, high powered centerfire rifle, with detachable, high capacity magazine.
About 400,000 semi-automatic rifles were produced before WW2. Civilians had hundreds of thousands of these for 40 years, while US soldiers were still being issued old fashioned bolt action rifles.
The 1907 fired just as fast as an AR15 or AK47 and the bullet (.351 Winchester) was actually larger than those fired by the more modern looking weapons..
The ONLY functional difference between the 1907 and a controversial and much feared AR15 is the modern black plastic stock.
The semi auto, so-called "assault rifle" is 115 years old. It isnt new in any way.
The semi auto rifle was not a weapon of war. The government MADE IT a weapon of war 40 years after civilians had them.
The semi-auto can be safely owned by civilians. The proof is that literally 3 generations of adults owned and used them responsibly and no one ever even noticed.
Want to fix the horror of mass shootings? Fix the things that have changed for the worse in the last 50 years. Family Values, Morals, What is socially acceptable, blaming the crimal for doing the evil deed and not making excuses for their behavior.
Cause the rifle technology in question was here long before this insanity.

The real irony is MORE people are watching/paying attention to the WNBA to see a dildo vs. watching the actual game...and they're mad.

Great job stepping up!
You don't have to know too much about the sport. Just keep the kids motivated & giving good effort. They'll learn the rest from the coach(es) that know. And you'll learn along the way.

Agreed.
But of course the general public will continue to elect moronic politicians.

Georgetown v Duke & Ohio St vs. ND in the 1st round is a tough draw for each, when you compare to previous years with seeding. Both "underdogs" in those match ups have a more than fair opportunity to upset their opponents. Will be a lot of fun to watch this weekend.
