I bet the DA in 1992 didn't give one thought to "innocent until proven guilty." That's not how it works. They're trying to fit evidence into their narrative, not find the truth from what the evidence shows.

Really, I was under the impression they were indicted by a grand jury then convicted by a petit jury.
Who knew the state just believed her and threw them in jail.
I would imagine a case could be made against their council as well, but the state, meh, kinda bullshite to make that claim.
