Why Beagles and not Pit Bulls? I think if Pit Bulls especially pound Pitts people wouldn't care as much.
I also know pigs and monkeys are used too.

Anyway, I don't like things being tested on animals. Test them on the perpetually homeless.

Damn. I just got a flashback to a comic strip from the 80s. I need to find it. It was called Bloom.County. there was Opus the penguin and he was captured for testing.. they were spraying perfume on him. Now I remember the panel cutting to a puppy drawn cute and something like. "In reality Ugly Penguins aren't tortured by repeatedly spraying perfume in their eyes. We use Beagles instead. -"
