That answers that. They can be hired for about anything.
Makes you wonder though if their contracts with school districts have any clauses barring them from transporting hate group members and such.

Everyone of you need to vote the yes people out. Make sure you let them know, they will not win their seat again, and you will make sure they never win any position in any city or state.
The fact that she brought a cake, proves she was going to say yes the whole time, she played her people for fools. And by bringing the cake, she shows herself as a piece of shite. And some one claimed she ran as a Conservative? LOL, she isn't conservative.

Let us not forget that Tarsha took out a loan in her own name to make payroll for the EBRCOA. This, after declaring personal bankruptcy.
But let us not forget either that over 50 % of money spent at the EBRCOA is spent on payroll, fringe benefits and travel.
Can't manage her own personal endeavors. But let's give her the keys to the Cadillac, also known as the EBRCOA and basically spend as you see fit.

I caught it right away. And they just let it slip on by.

I understand that the Metro Council couldn't set the millage amount to zero, but did they really have to give those thieves the entire $2.2 million??

Correct. The money was from a federal block grant for community development as part of the Ike/Gustav recovery. There were only certain things that the money could be used for, so EBR was not able to just use that 1.3 million for whatever they wanted. If the money was used outside the constraints of what that block grant allowed, it would have to be paid back to the federal government and EBR would be SOL. This deadline to use the money was rapidly approaching. If the money wasn't used by that deadline, the feds would pull it back. So, they just said that the EBRCOA building renovations fit within the constraints of the block grant, so let's just reallocate it to renovate that building.
I have just one question. How long ago were Ike and Gustav? There's still $1.3M available to reallocate? Why?

It's complete and utter bullshite. Any lawsuit cost would PALE in comparison to the amount of money Tarsha is going to waste. Her reasoning is complete garbage. She is a democrat pure and simple.
Nobody should ever vote for her again.

I have a massive problem with this. Mixing personal finances with a charity's finances is a big deal.

There is no evidence of this actually happening. I think it was a bullshite ploy to show how "committed" she was to the job.

How has nobody called them out of lack of evidence? Wouldn't loan documents be easy to prove?

They got everything they wanted and it's business as usual, so that proves that it's clearly not a big deal, you racist frick.
Am I doing it right?
