Theres no chance bots are less than 5% of users. Some of his funding may be wavering now that Twitter is worth billions less than buy price

This.

Almost 5% of subscribers up in smoke (and their traffic as well - which bots do a lot of [i.e., that +/-5% represents more than 5% of traffic in Twitter]). And that's what Twitter is admitting to.

The confidence in Elon by his investors are not wavering, but the current offer needs to be reset.

A revised (down) offer has been speculated for a while and is baked in the share price today.

There are still lots of regulation hurdles also, and the globalist cabal will go all out to stop the sale.

I would say it’s no better than 50/50 right now.

Did he make this out to be a bigger problem than it is?

Sounds like the board might have screwed some shareholders going through with this.

I’m sure Tesla stock prices plummeting had nothing to do with this. And isn’t Elon heavy into Crypto?

Sheeeet, everything is tanking. It ain't Elon related. Maybe retail is getting scared.

Not sure how Elon can say bots change the price when he said bots were a huge problem and needed to be removed.

Is this a poison pill tactic to stop the takeover? Twitter airing dirty laundry to kill their price and making them a less desirable target?

Doubtful. They have already had execs leave.

I always figured Elon would figure a way out of the deal, don't think he ever intended to follow through. Figured it was partially fricking with the SEC.

The shareholders were fricked regardless because earnings were about to take a major hit and the company plateaued in value long ago.

Taking the deal was the only option to get the shareholders their money since the board was going to get their asses sued off if they passed.

Musk knew all of that and made the offer.

Elon is about to expose that 40% of Twitter accounts are Russian psyops farm accounts.
