I am not trying to sound like a tough arse or whatever.. But NO ONE would ever force me to apologize.
At the most, I would tell them "my decision to eat at chickfila had nothing to do with any type of political agenda. I support people's right to support pride month and I think we all need to be more socially aware, but I really enjoyed my meal at chickfila.

That gets the world to cave in to their demands. It’s a real as we treat it, and the most vocal minority has been treaty like the majority because of Twitter meltdowns. #metoo was born on twitter, was it not?

That was smart. A means to bypass the media and speak directly to his people. But the large majority of Americans still never see or read those tweets. Only 46% of them even vote.

Now I want one of these... I might go hit up chickfila for lunch.. I could eat some waffle fries as well..
By making this a story, they gave chickfila free advertisement.

That's the real tragedy. I could give two rips about gay pride month. I do occasionally want a chicken sammich on Sunday's after church though. And Zaxby's isn't nearly as good.

Zaxbys is trash. How dare you mention it in a thread about CFA.

Outside of the media bubble (politics, Hollywood journalists, entertainment) and those companies who have willfully chosen to take a public political stance, what economic entity or industry has twitter truly impacted? It's used as a blount weapon for entities in the above industries, and completely irrelevant for people and companies outside of it. I take that back, not irrelevant, but little use outside of marketing.

Agreed.

Treated as the majority by whom? Other users and the media that uses it/them as stories for a 24 hour news cycle. But, IMO, normal people still roll their eyes and move on with their life.

What industry(s) has #metoo been prevalent in?

Yeah, I know. Forgive me. But it's on the way home... and it's chicken. Sort of. Mostly their fries are good (to me, at least).
But you are right, I have sort of dirtied the thread a bit.

This ain't over. He'll end up resigning over this travesty. When you're in the business of making money off of liberal douche-bags you do not go against the group mentality.
Conform or die.

Wonder how many people refused the free CFAthat was given to first responders and those waiting in long lines to donate blood after the Pulse Nightclub massacre in Orlando?(on a Sunday no less....they reversed their hours to do this)
Or refused the free CFA handed out when the power went out in that airport and people were stranded and hungry?

Right. It is a communication tool.
It isn't a reflection of our society though.
