I don't get the point of the beginning of the video about wanting the police to show.
Police can't do anything about the use of the N word. Doesn't look like he denied them service, that's not going to be something the police care about anyway. Sounds like he did ask them to leave, from then on out it's trespassing and they are the only ones that will get in trouble with the police.
Much of society sees the police as a "bully the opposition to get what I want" force rather than keeping society safe and investigating crimes. Idiots call the police because Burger King won't give them a refund in cash for their credit card payment.
This is a perfect example. The police will likely show up, tell them there is nothing that can be done for saying a word, and then the department will take heat for nothing.
Also, the fat redneck is very cringe.

Nick’s in the Sticks is the definition of mid. Last time I went about a year and a half ago, got served a steak on a doubled up paper plate and my drink in a styrofoam cup. Steak was okay, but I can do better in my backyard and get served on actual dishes.

I didn’t post the original thread, but I’m sure he’s being defended here on the OT.

Are you sure of this because there's literally no evidence that he said what is being alleged? Or is it because of your own personal prejudices?

The fat loud redneck sure is grandstanding that he has black friends.
Ten bucks that he calls in to Pawl at least twice a week.

He can defend his friends without causing a scene. If it bothers you that bad just leave.

In Chicago they would’ve burned the restaurant down. Props to them taking it about as well as they could.
They caused a scene but held their emotions in check so I have no problem with it. From the reactions seems like it’s safe to say he did say that as he wasn’t defending himself either.

He denied it and called it BS. Not sure what more people are expecting him to say.

I think it's more than that. We all have a black or Mexican guy we really like and call a friend. Big baw saw them, sat down with and yucked it up. Outside, he was confronted including the N word and why he was condoning them.
Forget the N word for a second. Know what we southern guys think first? We all know it. It was the split second thought he was a N lover, and shouldn't be. Big boy was pissed and couldn't hold back. Someone else filmed it. Proprietor looks like a fool.

I'm sure the owner is heartbroken over all the queens that won't be patronizing his establishment.

I didn't hear 1 person in that group using the word. Did you

I've seen this dude get into it with patrons on two different occasions.
This doesn't surprise me at all.
The dude is the owner's boyfriend. Her husband, now deceased, bought it years and years ago.
No, it's not the best steak in town. But I do love the Nicodemus and it has that "dive" vibe that I like. Similar to City Cafe or the original Dreamland. I wonder if it will survive this?
I'd miss it.
