Didn't know they even still made Tupperware. I thought the glad/ziploc/a zillion other brand containers cut them out long ago.

Bad business plan. I’m still using my moms Tupperware from 1979.

My parents still have containers like these in all sizes. Older than me.

So long Tupperware parties.

They soon turned into swinger parties when the men were invited, and dropped their keys into a Tupperware bowl.

I’m more surprised that there’s a website called “Plastic News” and that anyone would be interested enough to read it.

Is there really that much action going on in the world of plastic?

I read the story on the Daily Mail and wanted to find a Twitter/X link and found this. "Plastic News" is not on my reading list...

I saw a Tupperware branded car the other day in NELA. Must've been a wrap as it was named on both sides, the hood, and the rather flat rear, in black and white, very angular pattern.

I didn't realize they were still around at all.

Why pay Americans $20 an hour when you can go to Malaysia and pay some poor old baw who lives in a jungle hut a couple bucks a day? No health insurance and no retirement plans to worry about and there's very little government regulations. Just dump your shite in the river and be done with it.

I would still get the wife Tupperware for Christmas and that.

She loves the containers and they do last forever.

I like that it houses a specific item. There’s a large circular orange one that my dad only uses for his salsa for the past 30+ years. Lol
