So I just bought a Highlander. $45,000ish MSRP. Went to Price LeBlanc and then phone negotiations with Team and All Star. Price just straight tried to frick me. No negotiations really. Only willing to come off about $2500. Team was around $3500. All Star came off around $4500. This was over about a weeks of back and forth with dip shite salesmen. Out the door was a little less than the MSRP. Watch out for the butt fricking the finance manager tries to throw you, sweet Jesus that was an insane amount of shite he tried to sell.

I do not believe that, $4500 off on Highlander? Can you look at paperwork and confirm this, because I have not heard anyone getting close to that amount off, at least locally, especially on new.

How is that "trying to frick you?" If you would have paid it do you feel you would have been ripped off?

Don't buy in the southeast. They get their toyotas from a distributorship not straight from the factory. Up north they order straight from the factory. I saved 4k over anything I could get down here on my 4runner and I got more options.

Go to Cargurus.com and look nationwide.

I looked, the Tacomas are 3k cheaper up north before you start haggling. When I bought mine I told them "take the cost of the plane ticket off the price and I'll buy it". They said "hell, you come get it and we'll pay for your gas to get back", and they did.

They also have a hell of a lot more experience doing it.

My BIL drives one, yes, they all come in crewmax models only. He loves his, the PRO stamped on the sides of the bed look good & wheel combo is nice. He does go off roading in it sometimes and he says the handling is so easy at the camp/off roading places he uses it for. He only wishes it offered sunroof, but loves everything else about it.

Looks like so far Houston is about 3k below local BR prices. I’d like to keep it local if I can but shoot 3k is worth the drive.

MSRP Sticker price for mine was $48,600.

Walked out with it at $43,000.

It’s a SR5 CrewMax 4x4 with the XSP-X package.

All Star Toyota in BR killed everyone else's prices when we were shopping around. I don't remember the stickers but we bought a 4Runner and Tundra there. Whatever you do, stick with Toyota.

Sticker was 46,500 less 12% , and $3k rebate
Final (before taxes) $37,940
Made the same deal on my 2015 as well.

Best deals in TX.

Unmolested truck only getting 15mpg should be illegal though.

We bought a 2015 highlander XLE brand new and All Star came off almost $5,000. He told us that he just wanted to make sure we didn’t go back to Price Leblanc and buy form them.

There are plenty used late model Tundras for low-$30s.

next place would have been the Houston dealers, they will negotiate also.

I bought my 16 4x4 crew max from Don McGill, they were the only ones that wanted to deal, although I ran into some issues once I got to inspection time at dealership. Eventually they made it right.

I would buy a used one just to have the cement color...I know it’s now on other model Tundras but I like the Pro’s minus the rubber steering wheel.
