Oh, no shite?

maybe that's why I said "Wit" some ground effects...as in to add some. And some 20s.

That thing looks like a 300 with a bed attached as it is, but it's just begging to be tricked out deep in the hood.

Congrats on your name. Fitting.

That's right, and I still haven't forgiven them for fricking up a classic pickup.

You must be visually allergic to gold bowties if you think the '16 Silverado's front is legitimately ugly. At least you display no preference for the egg-crate grille of the 14s and 15s; I'd have already called the police if that was the case.

No, not ugly. It just looks like it's aimed at specific demographics, the "show truck" crowd being the big one.

The ones that would ADD ground effects and thin 20s with lots of lights and after-market...shite.

If anything looks like it goes to a certain demo, the RAM is going in that direction with that ridiculous grill.

I don't think I've seen a newer model any type of truck all tricked out with ground effects and shite in over a decade. That kind of went out with the 90s.

Take it from me, as a Chevy salesman in Montana who sells trucks 4:1 over cars: that "specific demographic" you speak of is 80% of the truck-buying market right now.

80% of my customers don't give a ratfrick about towing or payload or anything utility-related.

80% of my customers want the 6.2 just because it's the biggest and most powerful motor until they figure out they can't afford it becaus you can only get it on a $53k LTZ.

80% of my customers use their crew cab trucks as family vehicles, even though a Chevy Equinox would actually suit their needs better.

80% of people are nonsensical idiot bird-people who like shiny things.

The Red and Black color scheme makes it look even more in that direction, for sure.

So does the FORD grill. yikes.

Show-truckers drop serious dime on new rides, so I'm sure it's by design.
They live in a tree or still rent, but they'll drop 40 large on a truck, then spend another 10 customizing it...all this for their day to day ride, too.

By old body style preference for the Tundra:

Do y'all like the 2000-2006 style or the 2007-2013 look better?
