I'm guessing it was an "accidental" or nervous discharge if they are charging her. I mean there were 3 other cops right there that I'd have to assume would be on her side if they could be.
The guy she shot would still be alive if he would of just listened though.

No. We don't know that dip shite. People have been shot when they have followed commands very specifically. What we do know with 100% certainty is he would be alive if she had not pulled the trigger. And she also would not be charged with manslaughter or murder.
