Secondly, how the frick did the male not attempt to steal away the gun or knock out this animal while the woman was being raped?!
It just seems to me that it's pretty hard to fricking rape someone in a confined space, like the backseat of a vehicle, while simultaneously holding someone else at gunpoint.
I almost think that I would rather risk being shot and killed then allowing that sick, twisted son-of-a-bitch to rape my girlfriend/wife and then force me to suck his dick.

I was just about to say this. How in the frick did he rape her and still keep the guy from stopping it. Not a chance that my wife get's raped with me watching and me not attempting to help her.
