Did anyone even read NHC's Discussions? They went with one set on forecast models and not the other that it steers northward and stays out at see.

Since they started issuing advisories they have gone with the GFS for the most part. For those in the immediate path, that makes sense given that both the GFS and Euro are similar for the time period. Also, the GFS has been consistent for the past 2 and a half days or so. Their leaning heavily to the GFS makes sense at this time.
