Yes, and he's been vaccinated at least twice prior to this. I think he was following his doc's recommendations here.

In the summer of 2020 didn't one of his good friends die from Covid or it contributed to his death. That's when Trump started taking Covid more serious and was in full support of getting a vaccine ASAP.
I am not saying this as a negative, its more of a matter of fact, but when the vaccine became an issue divided by political lines, he took the position of his supporters.

There’s an old saying in the military: praise publicly, discipline privately. It’s not that I think general officers are above reproach, far from it, but when the Secretary of the War Department (or whatever the frick we’re calling it now) tells the country our senior military leadership has shite-for-brains, and worse, that it’s staffed by DEI hires, true or not, it directly undermines the authority and public trust those same officers need to lead effectively if shite hits the fan. You handle shite like that internally.
The man is wholly unqualified for one of the most important offices in the country, and it just screams out of him.
