I bet that P42 has more damage than the truck.

I talked to an eyewitness that was in Paul's Cafe when this went down. Train was northbound and the idiot was westbound on Hwy 22. The crossing arm did come down between the truck and boat. He got out of the truck and tried to lift the gate himself because he didn't want to damage the boat(not his boat). He then got back in the truck moments before the train hit him.

This is much more creative than lighting if on fire and reporting it stolen like most of the idiots around here.

Frick that boat.

I was under the impression that there was a car at the red light and he couldn’t just drive through the arm. Now they’re saying he didn’t want to mess up the boat?

Ha, so he was dumb enough to try to run a train crossing while pulling someone else's boat. But he wasn't smart enough to just drive through the crossing guard and take a minor damage to the boat over getting hit by a train.

Typical.

Pretty sure the law will look the other way if you break them to get out of the way of a fricking train

I don't know man. Probably better not to risk it.
