Its kind of a self fulfilling prophecy, but one that was expected to happen because it always does in these types of things.
Theres essentially a shortage because people are afraid of a shortage.
Glad I got my fill of Impossible Whoppers a few weeks ago.

Kenner is the same way. I went there to get gas. No water and no TP. Parking lot was packed tight.
