I saw the title of the thread and thought..."Hell yes!". I agree with you for different reasons.
I travel 200 days a year and inevitably every hotel I pick is taken over on weekends by travel teams. It sux donkey schlongs. Kids running up and down the halls until 2am. Parents shooting fireball in the patio areas. I frigging dread Fridays due to travel team BS.

Maybe you arent cut out for travel ball every summer weekend....i know i wouldnt be as a parent

I was at the same complex. 9:45, 3:00, 6:00 on Sunday. Masks required, no concessions. Wasnt quite as miserable as the previous week in Arlinton

9.5 runs a game? Games are usually 4/5 innings. Team ERA approaching 20. Seems like seeding is the least of your worries.
They don’t want teams to run up the score. That’s why they seed by runs against.

sounds like you need to stay at nicer (pricier) hotels. The kind that doesn't have kids running in the halls at 2AM cause their trashy parents can't afford to book the team there.

Early games are middle seeding 8v9/7v10 etc. top seeds play later and they play the bottom seeds. Exception is a play into bracket game(s) where there are an odd number of teams
