Almost all of the murders are due to people being dead before they get to the hospital.

A lot of the ER docs these days came from military backgrounds and cut their teeth in Iraq and Afghanistan. The survival rates there have been a dramatic leap over Vietnam, which was a dramatic leap over WW2.

A lot of those ER docs got addicted to the rush of severe IED and GSW trauma. So after their military service was up, they moved to major inner cities where they can handle the same types of cases.

To a certain extent, the ED physicians are involved but it is the trauma residents, Attending, and nurses that's assuming patient care.

It's not what many believe from watching E. R.

thought the excuse was NOPD was hiding murders.

Well they do have a history of that but this is due to Cantrell’s 50 year plan to stop the violence. Given its success Ghana is going to implement that plan in 2020 too.

Gentrification leads to less murders yet some people still hate it.
